Great Grub

At Mulberry Gap, the day begins and ends with great food and plenty of it!
Home-cooked meals are made daily from in season farm fresh ingredients and served family or buffet style. With advance notice, we accommodate special diets such as vegetarian, vegan, diabetic, celiac and macrobiotic. Each day is chef’s choice unless requests are made.

Breakfast
  • Breakfast $10/day
  • All you care to eat, typically served 7:30 - 9:00
  • Belgian waffles, pancakes
  • Biscuits and sausage gravy
  • Eggs, cooked to order
  • Oatmeal or grits
  • Yogurt & granola
  • Fruit Danish or muffins
  • Fresh seasonal fruit
  • Sausage, ham or bacon
  • Home fries
  • Tea, milk, juice, bottomless coffee!

 

Lunch
  • Available upon request can be packed to go
  • $5-10, dessert & beverage included
  • Ham or turkey wraps or sandwiches
  • Hamburgers, barbecue or chicken salad sandwich
  • Peanut butter & jelly or banana sandwich
  • Homemade soups, stews or chili
  • Fresh fruit
  • Chips. Peanuts, trail mix
  • Freshly baked cookies, brownies, M&M's, Payday
  • Tea, sodas
Dinner
  • Dinner $15/day, all you care to eat
  • Typically served 6 - 7:30
  • Salad/Soup/Bread/Cornbread
  • Entrees:
  • Southern style or baked chicken
  • Pork barbecue or tenderloin
  • Chicken & biscuits or dumplings
  • Low country boil - shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn on cob
  • Vegetables:
  • Baked or mashed potatoes, Sweet potatoes, whole or casserole
  • Corn - kernel, creamed, on the cob or casserole
  • Green beans, squash, zucchini in season
  • Baked beans, broccoli, mixed veggies
  • Desserts
  • Fruit cobbler, brownies, cakes, pies ala mode, sherbet
  • Beverages - Teas, sodas provided, bring your own alcoholic beverages
