The Barn at Mulberry Gap

The Barn at Mulberry Gap is a multi use hosting facility for weddings, music events, private parties, reunions and other group gatherings. The Barn has a rustic decor and is surrounded by beautiful woods and mountain views. It is a partially open air facility which can be enclosed for inclement weather.

Rates:

Base fee of $350 which includes readiness and set-up of The Barn and surroundings grounds, portable bathroom, up to 4 hours of general use, clean up and trash removal and a Mulberry Gap assistant during the event.

Base fee of $600 which includes readiness and set-up of The Barn and surrounding grounds, up to 9 hours of general use, clean up and trash removal, portable bathroom and hand washing station and a Mulberry Gap assistant during the event.  Stage/electric available for band use for 3 hours, not to play beyond 11pm. 

Other possible charges (if needed): 

      • Propane tanks refills - for use of umbrella heaters
      • Rental of table and chairs if needed
      • Rental of hand washing station for 4 hour rental
      • Rental of tents for barn overflow
      • Rental of china, silverware and serving dishes
      • Purchase of special decorations or lighting
      • Ice purchase and storage
      • Oil for torches
      • Firewood

  • Hiring of photographer
  • Hiring of bartender
  • Hiring of minister
  • Hiring of assistance for barn decorating - we are happy to discuss ideas with you
  • Hiring valets for parking drop off
  • Hiring of additional man power if extra service is needed for event or food service
  • Hiring of manpower to prepare other areas of grounds if used for the event (above and beyond general maintenance)
  • Hiring transportation of guests to lodging - please consider your guests safety if they have been drinking, especially on these unfamiliar mountain roads. 

Ways to save: 

  • Provide paper goods, plastic ware, decorations, drinks and ice. 
  • We will recommend plates that are bested suited for the menu. 
  • For a formal look, we recommend sturdy, but disposable plates and eating utensils sold at Costco.
