- Spacious, wooded & room for multiple tents
- Hot showers - two clean & heated bathhouses

- Fire pits w/wood available for purchase
- Rec room - big screen TV, ping pong, foosball
- Electric available at some sites ($5 additional fee for RV‘s 30 amp)
- Parking at site for some, within view for other
- Babbling brook runs through camp area
- Dog friendly - $5-10/day, must accompany you or be crated while riding
- Open all year (camping not recommended Dec-March)

Please note
- Land line available - there is no cell service on site
- Water is available in camp area but not at individual camp sites.
- We do not provide on site grills, you may bring your own.
- There is no dump station on the property, bathhouse is a short distance from camp area
- Limited space for pop-ups and small RV’s.
- If you are pulling a pop up or driving a large vehicle or trailer, you will need to come up the paved driveway to the registration area or enter the gate with the unpaved driveway to avoid a difficult switchback on site.
Rates - Prices are per person, not per site
- $15 per adult (16 and up) $40 includes breakfast and dinner
- $10 child (11-15) $30 includes breakfast and dinner
- $5 child (5-10) $20 includes breakfast and dinner
- 4 and under no charge

Meals available:
Consider the convenience of hot, delicious meals prepared and ready at a time convenient for your riding schedule. Home cooked, plentiful and a big part of the fun at Mulberry Gap! Leave the shopping, cooking and clean up to us so you have more time to ride and relax! We accommodate food allergies, aversions, vegetarian, vegan, diabetic and celiac menus. $10 breakfast, $15 dinner all inclusive with beverages and dessert.
