Lindsey Richter (right) grew up in Portland, OR and started racing mountain bikes in 1996 as a means to stay in shape while she sat at a desk working in advertising and PR. She fell in love with the freedom mountain biking brought into her life, but also fell in love with the challenges, frustrations and excitement. She currently travels North America teaching women's mountain bike clinics: Liv Ladies AllRide: Powered by SRAM with the mission to show women how mountain biking can change their lives. She is passionate about the symmetry between mountain biking and life and has a unique style of teaching that helps women develop a deeper relationship with their bikes while she also inspires them to live their best life. She is certified through PMBI (Professional Mountain Bike Instruction), and IMBA ICP (Instructor Certification Program). Fun Fact: Lindsey was on the TV show Survivor: Africa in 2001.

Angi Weston (left) has been coaching mountain bike skills since 2002 and is Level 3 certified through the Instructor Certification Program (ICP) making her one of the most qualified and experienced mountain bike coaches in North America. In the nearly two decades that she has been mountain biking she has dabbled in racing downhill, Super D, enduro, cross-country, cyclocross, and coaster-brake klunkers, but it has always been coaching that brought her the most enjoyment and fulfillment. Her reputation for being a fun and effective coach means she gets invited to travel to many renown women's skills clinics around the country and has been teaching for Ladies AllRide since it's inception. Angi rides for the Transition Bicycle Company and is an official ambassador for the SRAM Women's Program. In 2018 she launched Radical Roots MTB Instruction, and is now offering private and small group lessons in Bellingham, WA. It is Angi's mission to get more people, especially women and girls, riding and loving bikes. Teaching is a great passion of hers and it shows in her enthusiastic and patient approach. Two day clinics allow for the ultimate progression. Your coach will start with fundamental skills and then progress you all the way to advanced level skills so that you walk away with a thorough understanding of what you are capable of on the bike. Each day will incorporate afternoon trail rides meant for dialing in technique, "sessioning" tricky sections of trail and finding your flow!

Some examples of what we work on during group clinics: Perfecting body positioning and balance, technical climbing and descending, high speed cornering, switchbacks, berms, pump tracks, wheel lifts, bunny hops, wheelies, manuals, lunges, drops, jumps, up and over logs, large step-ups, pumping and flowing, racing...  FUN!!
