How does this all work?

STEP 1: Select your dates. Remember, we only offer meals Friday Dinner thru Sunday Lunch, so if you want meals, come join us on the weekend!
STEP 2: Select your cabin type. Standard Cabins are just $65/person per night. You can also go premium and select Squirrel’s Nest for $75/person per night or Hilltop Cottage for $85/person per night. Squirrel’s Nest and Hilltop both have a 3 person minimum. You can check out all the cabin descriptions here: MULBERRY GAP CABINS. It will ask you later on if you have a cabin preference. CABINS ARE 20-30% OFF!
STEP 3: Confirm your meals. The reservation comes PRE-POPULATED WITH THE MEALS. If there are any you don’t want, or if you are staying on days without meals, be sure to de-select them so you aren’t charged. MEALS ARE 20% OFF!
STEP 4: Want to add a shuttle or two? You have the option to add a couple shuttles, maybe one for Saturday and one for Sunday. They say Bear Creek, but you can always change the location later. You can also hold off and add your discounted shuttles when you’re onsite. SHUTTLES ARE 20% OFF, too!
