Booking Discounts

+ Is my family/group eligible?

Will 3 or more individuals be attending together on the exact same dates? Will your family/group be staying at least two nights? Can your booking fall under ONE individual (Family or Group Organizer) who will be responsible for all communication with Mulberry Gap & payment? If you answered “YES” to all three questions, you are eligible for a Mulberry Gap Discount!

3-4 guests- 10% off cabin/campsite housing (use code 10GROUP3-4)
5-9 guests- 15% off cabin/campsite housing(use code 15GROUP5-9)
10+ guests- 20% off cabin/campsite housing(use code 20GROUP10PLUS)

+ When is payment due?

Full payment is made at the time of your booking.

+ How do I make a booking?

+ What is the refund policy if we need to cancel some or all participants?

+ How does Mulberry Gap find out details about our group members? (specific needs, dietary restrictions, etc.)

The group organizer is responsible for providing the BOOKING ID NUMBER and the GROUP ORGANIZERS NAME to all group members, along with this info link. Each group member will complete this questionnaire.

EXtended stay Discounts

+ What qualifies as an extended stay?

1-3 nights (normal rates apply)
4-5 nights (15% discount on cabins/campsite rates)
6-10 nights (20% discount on cabins/campsite rates)

+ Can these be combined with the other discounts above?

No, we recommend selecting the highest discount for your group/family/reservation. Should the system allow stacking of discounts, we will remove the lowest discount and charge the difference.

+ How is the Extended Stay discounts applied?**

Contact us at 706.698.2865 or via email at reservations@mulberrygap.com for help setting up an extended booking and applying the discount.

Midweek stay discounts

Stays on Monday, Tuesday, and/or Wednesday nights are automatically set at a discounted mid-week rate. All you need to do to take advantage of this reduced rate is to book on a Monday, Tuesday, and/or Wednesday!

Other special Discounts

Are you a member of one of these groups? Use one of the following discount codes when booking for a li’l bit of savings! You’ll receive 10% off cabins or campsite housing costs. Remember, you can only use ONE discount at a time on any booking, so if more than one applies to you feel free to use the one that gets you the best deal! Companies can choose from two options when selecting a membership: Company Pay or Employee Discount

Option A: Corporate Membership (Company Pay)

If your company would like to offer complimentary memberships to some/all of the team, a Corporate Membership is the best option.

1-10 Memberships- $1,000.00 (up to 33% off)

11-25 Memberships- $2,225.00 (up to 40% off)

26-50 Memberships- $3,750.00 (up to 50% off)

50+ Memberships - custom rate

Option B: Discounted Individual Memberships. $500.00/year

If the company would like to list discounted Mulberry Gap Memberships as a company benefit, this is the best option! With a $500.00 flat fee per year paid by the company, verified employees will be eligible for 33% off an annual membership ($100 instead of the standard $150)
