Mulberry Gap is operating under Special Use Permit by the U.S. Forest Service.
Mulberry Gap offers a variety of shuttles to trailheads! We have a strict "no shame in shuttling" policy—save your legs for the downhill, ask for a lift! Your time is limited and we want to help you make the most of it.
Space is limited. Walk-ins are welcome, however, to guarantee a space on the date and time you’d like, it’s a good idea to call, email, or book online in advance to ensure your seat.
Rates are per person. Shuttles themselves have no cost, HOWEVER- The Mulberry Gap Shuttle experience is organized to operate in two parts:
Part 1- The actual shuttle drive to the trailhead of your choice. There is no direct charge for this.
Part 2- Mulberry Gap will provide a brief Trail & Route Orientation at Mulberry Gap, prior to the shuttle drop off. This component has a cost, and the fees for this orientation session vary based on trailhead destination & number of guests.
It is compulsory for participants who will be riding the complimentary shuttle to also be registered for, and pay for, the Trail & Route Orientation. If an individual wishes to register for and pay for the Trail & Route Orientation, but then not participate in the brief orientation, that will be allowed.

When do they run? And how much do they the orientations cost?
Our trail/route orientation pricing is on a SLIDING SCALE, with a lower cost the more folks who attend! Your payment today secures your spot, but there may be an ADDITIONAL CHARGE based on the number of individuals who end up taking this orientation and its accompanying included shuttle.

2024 SHUTTLE PUNCH CARDS!
Don’t worry about the day pass, or showers, or the sliding price scale for the Trail and Route Orientation… with a Shuttle Punch Card you get all that, in advance, for the majority of our weekend shuttles!
Punch Cards cover the cost of Trail and Route Orientations (which then come with a complimentary shuttle)
Punch Cards ARE able to be shared among multiple shuttle riders
Punch Cards expire at the end of the 2024 season (mid December)
Trail & Route orientations and complimentary shuttles for Bear Creek (Top & Bottom), Pinhoti 1 (Bottom), Pinhoti 2 (Top & Bottom), Pinhoti 3 (Top & Bottom), Pinhoti 4 (Top & Bottom), Potato Patch are all included for ONE PUNCH on Friday-Sunday, or for TWO PUNCHES Thursday & Monday (if a Thurs/Mon orientation has 5 or more riders, only ONE PUNCH will be charged!)
All other Orientarions 10% Off regular rates, including: Windy Gap (Top & Bottom), Three Forks, Jack’s River Fields, Dennis Mill
Shuttle & TRAIL/route orientation Cancellation Policy:
Local Shuttles/ORIENTATION: Less than 40 mile round trip
Cancellations for shuttles given with at least 72 hours notice before your scheduled start time will incur a $5/person cancellation fee. The remainder of your deposit will be issued to you as a credit voucher that can be used towards any future booking within the next year.
Any cancellations for shuttles that are requested with less than 72 hour cut off time will not receive a credit or refund.
Changes to your drop/pick-up location or time may incur an additional fee which will be determined by a member of our management team.
This policy applies to every situation (weather, mechanicals, rider mishaps, etc). Thank you for your understanding.
Long Distance Shuttles/ORIENTATIONS: 40+ miles roundtrip
Cancellations for shuttles/orientations given with at least 72 hours notice before your scheduled start time will incur a $15/person cancellation fee. The remainder of your deposit will be issued to you as a credit voucher that can be used towards any future booking within the next year.
Any cancellations for shuttles/orientations that are requested with less than 72 hour cut off time will not receive a credit or refund.
Changes to your drop/pick-up location or time may incur an additional fee which will be determined by a member of our management team.
