What can I return/exchange?
We will gladly accept returns on all verified purchases made in store or on our website if they are in original condition; unworn with tags attached.
When can I return?
All purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
What is the return/exchange cost?
Return and/or exchange shipping is not included in your original purchase.
If you are returning for a refund- Simply ship the item back to us and we will issue a refund onto your original method of payment when received
If you are exchanging- Simply ship the item back to us. We will send you an invoice for the cost of shipping back to you. This typically runs around $5-$8 unless it’s an oversized or overweight package. Once you’ve paid the invoice, we’ll send that out. :)
Where can I return?
You can bring the item in in person, or mail/ship to Mulberry Gap, 400 Mulberry Gap Road, Ellijay, GA 30540
How can I exchange an item?
If you need a different size or color, we do accept exchanges on products of similar style and matching cost. If you need to exchange for an item of smaller or higher cost, you will need to return the item back to us for a refund, and then place a new order. We will send back your replacement item at no additional cost. Limit 1 per order.
When do I get my refund?
Once we receive your package, our team will verify its contents, inspect it to ensure it is unworn and in original condition. We will then send the credit back to your financial institution within 7-10 business days.
What if I received the wrong item?
In the event that you received an item that is damaged, defective, or we made an error processing your order, please contact us right away. We will email you a return label for you to ship the item back to us and we will replace it with the correct item.
