Bunkhouse Details

Though Koi Cove is able to be reserved at times as a private cabin, there are also times when it’s available as a shared, dorm-style bunk house. With six individual beds, and located adjacent to the main shower house & restrooms, Koi Cove Bunkhouse is available to be shared by folks of all genders. Just like booking a bed in a dorm at your favorite hostel, you’ll likely be sharing the space with folks you don’t know. (Friends you haven’t met yet!)

+ Is the bunkhouse always available?

  • Not always. We give priority to folks reserving Koi Cove as a private cabin, so the option to book an individual bed will not always be avaialble.
  • We'll generally open Koi Cove as a bunkhouse 2-3 weeks prior to a weekend if it hasn't been reserved.
  • If the bunkhouse isn't available, you can check out Pinhoti Way Cabin and Fox Den Cabin which both are private cabins with a 1-person minimum.

  • Generally all private cabins require a two-night minimum during weekends and holidays, but a bed in Koi Cove Bunkhouse can be reserved for a single night, even on weekends!

+ Do you offer discounts?

  • We offer a variety of discounts for extended stays, public safety personel, educators, and groups/families of three or more. Click here to learn more!

+ Do you offer midweek rates?

  • Yes, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night stays are charged at a reduced rate.

+ What qualifies an adult vs. child?

  • Adult = Age 12 y/o + up
  • Child = Age 11 y/o + under
  • Free = Age 4 + under

+ What are your seasonal rates?

Standard High Season: March 22-July 9, 2024 & August 29-December 3, 2024 (along with long weekends or holidays)

Discounted Low Season: February 29 - March 21, 2024, July 10 -August 28, 2024, and December 4th -Close. (excluding long weekends and holidays)
